Hanoi Cooking Class (B, L)
If you want to experience the daily life of Hanoian, you can take a stroll to Hoan Kiem Lake in the morning to see local residents to practice Tai Chi or play sports or do aerobics. And then, you can back to hotel to have breakfast or drop by a local restaurant to enjoy Pho, one of the most famous street food dishes in Hanoi. Tour guide will pick you up at hotel and take you to a fun cooking class at one of the best schools in Hanoi, with a renowned local chef to teach and assist you. The cooking class begins with a trip to a local market to shop for the produce that you will need for the class. Then, it is back to the cooking centre for a fun hands-on experience. At the end of the lesson, you can enjoy your delicious creations! Spend the afternoon at leisure. Perhaps take stroll along the ancient streets of the exotic old quarter and immerse yourself in the sights and sounds of Vietnam's enchanting capital.

Hanoi - Halong Bay (B,L,D)
Breakfast at your hotel. Today, one 4 hour drive will transfer you from Hanoi to Halong Bay, the World Heritage Site of UNESCO. You will stop for a refreshment break en route. Upon arrival meet the crew of the traditional Junk boat at the dock. The boarding time is 12:15pm, you will enjoy a delicious lunch with sumptuous seafood while the boat cruises via famous islands of UNESCO Listed Halong Bay and on to Bai Tu Long Bay. Aside from the cave visit and swimming, there is a chance to explore this stunning area by sea kayak. Return back to the Junk for a scrumptious dinner and watch an incredible sunset over the bay.

Bai Tu Long Bay (B, L)
Wake up to the fresh air, gentle breeze and amazing views of the bay this morning. You can take part in a Tai Chi morning class before having breakfast at 7:00am. Today, you will cruise through Bai Tu Long and visit the floating fishing village of Vung Vieng - where you can learn about the daily life of fishermen. Enjoy lunch onboard before returning to the main harbour and travelling back to Hanoi, arriving late afternoon. Transfer to the airport for flight to Hue..

Day 5
Hue City Tour (B)
Upon arrival in Hue, transfer directly to the hotel. Hue was the Vietnamese capital during the Nguyen Dynasty 1802-1945 and ruins of the city’s regal past can still be seen inside the Citadel and the Imperial City. Created in the 19th century, the Imperial City was modelled on the Forbidden City in Beijing and holds many palaces and temples inside its giant walls. Many of the buildings were damaged by French aerial bombing and the Tet Offensive in 1968. Now it is slowly being restored thanks to generous funding by UNESCO. Your tour begins after breakfast with the ancient walled Citadel containing the former Imperial Palace. Spend the morning wandering through the enclosure before lunch and a trip into the surrounding countryside to see the final resting place of the Emperors at two of the most impressive Royal Tombs. This evening is free at your leisure.

Hue - Hoi An (B)
This morning, continue south to the picturesque riverside town of Hoi An. From the 16th to 18th centuries, Hoi An was a thriving international commercial port for Chinese, Dutch, French, Japanese, Portuguese and Arab merchants. Today, Hoi An is still a quaint and riverside town on the bank of Hoai River with ancient houses, tailors shops and numerous cafes, a favorite destination of any tourists who travel in Vietnam. You will visit the Chinese Temple, Chua Ong Pagoda, the Phung Hung house and the Japanese Covered Bridge. Then, we’ll visit a lantern factory in Hoi An, where you will have the opportunity to learn how to make lanterns. Overnight in Hoi An.

Hoi An Village Experience (B,L)
Breakfast in the hotel. Today you will have a chance to get insight into the daily life of the farmers in outskirt of Hoi An. Start your adventure on two wheels through emerald green rice paddies, you will reach Tra Que Village. Located about 2 kilometers northeast of Hoi An, Tra Que is very famous for its herbal vegetables that spice up Hoi An’s famous delicacies such as Cao Lau and My Quang.Tour guide will introduce you about the village’s 200 year history and how to cultivate the vegetables. You will join in the farming works like a real farmer: preparing the land and planting some crops. Top off your village experience with a fun cooking demonstration. Hoi An – Saigon (B)
Free at your leisure until you are transferred to Da Nang airport to catch the flight to Saigon. Upon arrival, you will be met by your guide and taked to your hotel for check in. Enjoy a guided tour of the city this afternoon. Highlights include the Notre Dame Cathedral and Old Post Office. Dong Khoi Street, which is home to many boutiques and fine restaurants, the Opera House and the beautiful Peoples’ Committee Building. The War Remnants Museum, Formerly known as the Museum of American War Crimes, this is a poignant display of the futility of war and the Reunification Palace which is one of the most important buildings in the city. Cruising the Mekong Delta (B,L)
Known as the” Rice Bowl” of Vietnam, the Mekong Delta is large beautiful fertile region with lush rice paddy fields and fruit plantations. Today you will enjoy a cruise on the Mekong Delta. You will depart early from Saigon to visit Cai Be colorful floating market and visits some local workshops such as: rice paste making, rice pop corn, coco candies, and longans drying processing. Soak up the riverside views as you cruise along the Mekong canals to Dong Hoa Hiep Island. Discover beautiful landscapes, observe typical Mekong delta rural life on the remote islands and enjoy a tasty lunch at a superb Indochine style resort. Continue to transfer to Can Tho for overnight.

The morning boat trip will take you to the floating market of Cai Rang. It is one of the bustling market in the Mekong Delta. Phnom Penh city tour (B)
After breakfast, take a speed boat from Chau Doc to Phnom Penh, arriving at midday (12:30pm). This afternoon, you will see the highlights of Phnompenh City including the fascinating Royal Palace, the Silver Pagoda, and the National Museum. You can climb the hill to Wat Phnom, the city’s main temple, where you’ll find throngs of worshippers and troops of monkeys. Overnight in Phnom Penh.

Angkor Thom (B)
Spend time at leisure this morning before your flight to Siem Reap. Upon arrival you will be met and transferred to your hotel. This afternoon, we ride a tuktuk to visit 12th century Angkor Thom, the last capital of the Khmer Empire. Starting at the South Gate, take a walk along the ancient city wall to see the lost temple of Prasat Chroung. Continue on to the spectacular Bayon temple, where you are surrounded by the smiling faces of numerous Buddhas. We also visit several parts of "Small Circuit": Takeo, Ta Prohm. Back our hotel in Siem Reap. We’ll spend the night with a dinner at a restaurant with a show of Apsara dances. Overnight in Siem Reap.

Angkor Wat (B)
We will depart to explore the spectacular Angkor Wat temple - the world's largest religious building and Cambodia's number one attraction! Enjoy a guided tour around this huge structure and learn about the glories of the Kingdom of Angkor before returning to the hotel for a late breakfast and a rest. Continue sightseeing this afternoon with a visit to the temple of Banteay Srei or ‘Citadel of the Women’. Boating on Tonle Sap Lake (B)
This morning we will take a cruise to Tonle Sap Lake, the Cambodia’s largest freshwater lake. Spend the rest of the morning at one of the largest floating villages called Kompong Phluk.
